Service Exchange Program:

The service exchange programme allows us to quickly dispatch the unit that you require to a site address of your choice.

This will minimize downtime and minimize unwanted costly repairs. We have thousands of units in stock currently waiting to go, if you can’t find the unit that you require don’t hesitate to contact us and we can see if we have the specific one in a core unit.

Re-Manufacturing Of Units:

We offer a free collection and quotation service for all remanufacturing jobs within the UK. Once we have received the unit(s) they will then be assigned to an engineer, and you will be sent a booking confirmation email with the relevant job reference number. Your unit will then be stripped and assessed using the latest testing procedures, and we will provide you with a quotation. No work will commence on your unit until you have given your approval and provided a purchase order.

We have built a strong network of suppliers over the years, which allows us to offer the best possible prices for OEM parts. This ensures that we can give you the most competitive price for your remanufacturing job.

In House Re-Winding:

In addition to re-manufacturing motors, we also offer customers "in-house" armature re-winding.

The machine shop service allows us to repair/replace armature shafts, commutators as well as other components.

Starter Motors & Alternators:

We have a vast array of brand-new starter motors and alternators in stock ready to be dispatched at next day delivery. We have a comprehensive cross- referencing system that we have at our disposal that we can use to quickly identify what starter motor or alternator that you require, just by providing us with a few details from the truck. We have access to numerous suppliers which helps us drive down the price and pass the savings onto you.

Trade Counter:

We do have a trade counter, that if you require, you can easily drop the unit to us if you would prefer not to use a courier service of your own or with our third-party courier. We can also offer a free 30-mile radius pick up and drop off service using our very own company vehicle.
